For quite a lot of people starting therapy may seem a difficult journey to start and I can understand why. Talking about challenges and issues that come up in your life can feel daunting. Especially when you feel like you can't see a way through what you are facing.  

But I am here to help and support you with this journey.

I am very much engaged in the conversation and work with you to help create insight into your life and the issues you are dealing with. Everything we discuss is confidential and without judgement.

In our initial meeting we will talk about your situation, what brings you to therapy and what you would like to achieve by coming. It’s totally up to you how much you share and how quickly you want to share it. I will tell you about how I work and how I can help and you can ask me any question you have.

I am here to go on a journey with you, to help you find out more about where you are, how you got there and to discover possible choices you have moving forward. Over time I have seen this process of gaining awareness and understanding of your life and the choices we make, allowing clients to feel more secure and content with themselves, leading to a greater sense of comfort and control in life.

Sessions can be 50 or 90 minutes, twice a week and I work on a sliding scale for my fees depending on your financial situation.
